If you're a shy person then don't bid on this 77 SE! This car gets looks and thumbs up wherever you go! I'm selling my numbers matching Smokey that I have owned for 11 years. Bought at a farm auction of all places, I spent major dollars in 2012 for a frame on restoration. The motor, 4 speed, and rear end were rebuilt, new front floors, paint, decals, complete front end and suspension were replaced.I had the original snow flake rims redone in Miami about 3 years ago. This car runs like a dream and I have about 4500 miles on it since it was restored.
If you been looking for a true Smokey then you know that the M21 four speeds are RARE! Of the 68,744 TA's produced in 1977, 11,402 were Manuals. This is an AC car but it wasn't hooked up when I bought it. Tilt wheel, AM-FM 8 track, no Power windows or locks.
I have a picture of the PHS document showing the features of the car when ordered in WI. A few finishing touches I want you to be aware of: T top tint is a little scaled ( see picture ), passenger seat cover has a tear ( new seat covers $300 ), steering wheel has some material rubbed off, 8 track needs to be cleaned, have a new glove box lock but not installed, small scratch on front bumper but has been touched up, slight window rattle on passenger side ( roll up window 2" & it's gone). Now don't get the wrong idea about this car because I gave a full disclosure! This car runs and handles like a dream. I didn't replace the above because it's the original stuff from 1977. If you want to replace fine but it shows and drives just as it sits.
