Up for auction is 1969 Shelby GT500 428 Cobra Jet Mustang This is a barn find been sitting since 2009. Purchased from the second owner, it has a 4-Speed, 428 Cobra Jet . The motor does not show signs of being locked. There is some minor rust in the doors and front quarter but keep in mind the car was the owners daily driver and being in IN it saw some snow and salt. The floors are solid torque boxes are good. Overall I would say the car is a strong 7 almost 8 out of scale of 1 to 10. The interior is 7. The car can be either left unrestored original survivor or restored to it’s original glory. I had planned on fixing the rust and drive the Shelby but due to other commitments I need to sell. This is a true 69 Shelby it is the register in the Shelby American World Registry on pages 1081and 1176. No tire kickers and I will not give out the reserve price.
