1991 Toyota Celica 2.2L 4 Cylinder 5SFE Motor in great shape!!!!!!!!!!!

Description

Second owner (from mile 20k to current).Have all documentaion, and ALL repair logs from last 12 years.Clean title, but won't pass smog in CA due to a leak in the exhaust (the mechanic says)
Runs*-Battery doesn't hold a charge for long, needs replaced soon-Has a pinhole leak in the fuel tank (ok if you only fill it up 1/2)-2 Tires have a slow leak.
The Engine is in great shape:2.2L 5SFE-one motor mount is shot - was told have to yank entire engine to replace.-Leaks a little oil - the faulty seal - same thing, need to yank engine to get to it.
+ Re-painted by pro custom shop in 2014. A few tiny dings since - a beauty mark emerged on the hood.+ AC does not work - there's a leak somewhere...
Would still be driving it if it passed smog!
