1973 VW Thing, 120K miles, mostly stock, runs good, body ok

Description

This has been my daily driver since 2001 in the San Francisco bay area (see rust). It's got some rust spots that will need work. Its got a little bondo up front and in the back
. I have extra fenders, extra heater set, miscellaneous non specific VW parts and miscellaneous VW specific parts, extra set of window frames.
Currently its got a top and glass windows from the Thing shop, almost 10 years old. New tires recently. Rims powder-coated about 5 years ago.
I've brought it to a local VW specialist in Colma, CA whenever I had issues. Heater not installed but I two full BN4 heater sets ready to be worked on and installed.
No hardtop or rollbar.
Very stock engine with the exception of the 009 distributor. I have the dual vacuum distributor included as well.
It has the high back and safer Beetle seats. The original low back seats are gone. It needs a new hood pull cable., new engine to body seal.
It leaks a bit of oil probably from the dog house seals.
Muffler is shot but one will be included. I've got the rear bumper but its beat up.
It has a lot of little things that add up to a lot! It's ready to be stripped and off body restored!
