Beautiful 1991 Volvo 240

Description

• Strong running engine and transmission
• Shifts perfectly and cruises around town and on the highway very confidently
• Approximately 180,000 miles (odometer stopped working about 5 years ago at around 153,000 miles)
• Clean, tight interior
• Tight factory headliner
• Swedish glass all the way around
• All lights in working order (I just installedbrand new taillights from Estonia)
• All power door locks and windows in working order (note: see below)
• Clean body
• No leaks, all seals are in very good condition
• No funny smells; non-smoking family

• At least two of the tires are quite bald and should be replaced immediately
• The front right window does not currently go up or down
• The paint is all very solid but it is also very heavily oxidized (?) and she would really benefit from a new paint job (unless you know something about paint that I don't?)
• She takes a few blips of the throttle to get started (throttle body probably needs to be cleaned)
• Air conditioning blows hard but not cold (may just need a recharge?)
• Windshield wipers do not function (new wiper motors are only $60!)
• Little bit of rust near right rear passenger area and along right running board but nothing severe
• Not sure about current operational state of sunroof
