Up for your consideration is a very nice driver quality representation of Alfa Romeo's 1974 "Kamm Tail" 2000 Spider Veloce, ith the desireable stainless steel front and rear bumpers.

The stainless bumper Alfa's (1970-1974 only) are now trending just behind the 1968 and 1969 Duettos in value, nd escalating in value annually. They currently are a very affordable collectible car now, hich will soon to change.

a 1962cc twin cam all aluminum four cylinder engine, ow equipped with twin Italian Dellorto carburators,replacing the original Spica fuel injection, 1mm performance camshafts, nd twin point distributor, nbsp;it produces a respectable amount of performance for a 2300 lb chassis. Its five speed transmisson shifts nicely with no issues or second gear crunch, n inherent weakness in most Alfa Romeo's of this vintage.

Recent upgrades include a new convertible top, refurbished additional hardtop (rare), ew carpet floor mats, nbsp;complete tuning inclusive of carburator synchronization, GK Platinum plugs, oints, ondensor, gnition wires, ompression check (185psi, ll cylinders) synthetic oil change with filter (10/40 Castrol), ynthetic gear oil replacement, lignement, nd much more. The four tires are 185/70 14 Goodyear Integrity, ounted to very nice alloy Alfa Romeo Cromadora wheels. The tires are new.

The Spiders Pinin Farina Blue finish is showing its age, ith some random scratches, hips and minor dings, owever appears nicely if not closely examined. A refinish would provide for a very nice appearance overall. A previous rust repair has occurred to the right and left foot wells wherein small metal patches were welded in at these locations. The Spider is very solid overall, nbsp;not rusty, nd maintains its original interior, allibrand leather wrapped three spoke steering wheel, nbsp;and very nice dash pad which has no cracking. The original radio was removed to which a new sound system can be installed to the owners choosing. Personally, prefer the sound of wind, he din of the engine rpm's,and the timbre of the exhaust which is exhilerating when shifting through the gears.
