Austin Healey 3000 Mk111 BJB Last Year MadeEngine #29K/RU/H 17526Body #3240BJ8 87 719 Sweet Car!! Runs and drives as good as it looks! Car starts right up. Drives and shifts great! The Healey had a major restoration in early 1985 finished in 2001. The car was all original no previous damage. At that time. the engine and transmission were removed as well as the interior. The car was completely repainted. It also had some suspension work and motor work. Brakes were done. Car was gone through completely and any work that needed was preformed. The car was than sold and put into storage. till this past summer. At that time it was moved to Pennsylvania to a reputable repair center to freshen up. The car has all new interior. top. tires. and exhaust. Plus a lot of other work!! The car has barely been driven since work was completed. I personally drove this car 30 miles the other day. and it drove fine! Motor was strong! It had good oil pressure. and it did not run hot. It shifted well in all gears! This car has a nice roll bar. Under the car rear. he brake line did leak. This caused the paint to come off the chassis in a small spot in the rear. The brake line has since been replaced. All chrome is in good condition. Car has always been very well maintained and cared for; always kept in dry storage! Starts right up! Very fun to drive! Take it Anywhere!!!
