Perfect body painted in PPG Speed Green, Billet Specialties wheels powder coated black as well as bumpers and door handles. 455 Cubic inch Buick engine bored .38 over with JE pistons, JE rings, Crower Rods. The block is studded with ARP studs and Cometics Head gaskets and has a TA 7 quart pan as well as an ATI harmonic balancer. The cam is .550 lift and 236 intake and 226 on the exhaust on a 114 lobe center. Very smooth idling car. It is 8.82 to 1 compression ratio and has a TA Stage 2 Track Eliminator Cylinder Head as well as TA SP1 Intake with a Greg Gessler Level 4 port job on the heads as well as larger valves. The intake is completely ported by Gessler as well. The car has a CSU 950 Blow Thru Carb that is good for close to 1400 HP. The carb hat is by CSU as well. The turbo system is comprised of two 66 MM Garrett Turbos with .81 Exhaust housings. Two Tial 38 mm wastegates and a 60mm Tial Blow off valve. It has a E Boost 2 Boost controller and MSD 7531 for electronics as well as an MSD coil. The Intercooler is a Bell that will support 2000 HP and the exhaust manifolds are Stainless. The transmission is a Rossler Terminator 4 Turbo 400 with a Rossler Transbrake with a Precision Performance Products shifter. The flywheel is a JW and it has a transmission blanket and external cooler. The torque convertor is a Continental 3200 rpm stall converter and the car is incredibly street friendly. This is a car that you can drive all day and then dominate at the track. The driveshaft is a Strange 3 1/2 inch driveshaft and the rear end is a Moser 9 with 3.50 gears. The brakes are Wilwood discs all the way around with dual calipers in the rear. The exhaust is dual 3 1/2 inch with Dynomax Race Magnum mufflers and isn't too loud for street driving. The radiator is a Ron Davis Radiator with dual Spall Fans. The car has an 8.50 cage in it with swing outs and a Wolf Race Craft complete rear suspension as well as QA1 shocks. The fuel system is a Magnafuel 500 pump with Aeromotive regulator and -12 line being fed from a 20 gallon cell with GM sending unit. There is also reinforcements boxing the frame and a custom transmission cross member fabricated for the car as well. The front seats are Kirkey's and the rear seats are factory and black. No door panels in car, but has green carpet in front and haven't gotten around to installing rear carpet yet. There is a custom parachute mount with a Stroud chute. The car runs on Mickey Thompson ET Street Radials at are 295/65/15. This car has everything you could want in a drag car with street car manners. At only 10 lbs of boost with 5000 rpm shifts the car has gone 6.27 in the 1/8 at 112 mph with a 1.40 60 foot with a launch that wasn't too aggressive. You can run it all day on pump gas, but I always put in good gas at the track.Green Twin Turbo Buick Funkhouser
