We would like to offer for sale this beautiful black 1966 Buick Riviera. We appreciate and understand the rarity of this great classic. This is a 2ND Generation Riviera. a totally new ultra sleek styling from the first generation. The 2nd generation ran from 1966 to 1970. Buick completely redesigned the Riviera. moving the headlights behind the grille. where they moved up above the grille not being used. and had a longer body. The hood was extended. and the rear styling was similar to a fastback design. Although this was built as a luxury type vehicle. it was no slouch in the performance department. The engine remained the same in 1966. The 425 could be teamed with another 4 barrel carburetor and 0-60 seconds could be achieved at around 8 seconds. We have a very nice refurbished 1966 Buick Riviera two door hardtop. This car drives nice! A very rust free California car. I was told it to be a one owner car prior to my owning it. The odometer shows 34. 00 miles. It has been freshly painted with a PPG enamel. Interior has a two tone look with cream highlights that accent the black upholstery. The seats have been professionally reupholstered as has the dash pad with new carpet. The interior door panels are original and the all the glass is original. The Riviera has a 425 with a 400 turbo transmission. both being serviced in the last three weeks. his car has new custom wheels and low profile tires .
