1969 cadillac eldorado. rare 'sunroof' barn find. 23.333 eldorados were made in 1969. 5 had t tops, nd just a few more had the sunroof. the sunroof was introduced as an option starting with the 1970 model year. this car is a late year 1969 production model. it had a 3 on 3 color scheme but the exterior was painted over in gold. 472 v8 front wheel drive. 400hp with electronic ignition and dual exhaust. the original air ride is gone but it has air shocks in the back with the filler valve behind the license plate. 58,000 miles. the car ran and drove great and was a daily driver for years before it was parked 3 1/2 years ago.the a/c 'climate control' was working great too. power steering, ower brakes, ower door locks, uto trunk pull down, wighlight sentinal, ilt and telescope steering, ruise control, way power seat, unroof, inyl top, abric seats, m/fm stereo, lock, rumpet horn. you squeeze the inner steering wheel to activate the trumpet horn. the car has been sitting. it had new cv's, ew master cylinder, ew a/c compressor, ew air pump, ew tires...all done over the span of 10,000 miles. things that need attention:::needs a battery, attery cable negative, resh gas and it should start up and run. the sunroof, ruise control, ower seat, ront seat re-padding, ll need attention. last i saw the dash was NOT cracked or split anywhere along the top. a bit of rust starting under the vinyl top by the back window. a real fun car and worth making a show case beauty or an awesome daily driver. the car is near seattle washington and it has a clear title. thanx for looking in.
