Relisting my 1961 Cadillac Sedan deVille now that the snow is disappearing. One family car prior to my ownership. Car was last registered in 1986 at 30. 00 miles. so will need restoration. I bought the car last summer with the intention of doing a driver-quality restoration but as can happen. life got in the way so it must be passed on to a new owner. This is a well-equipped car with power 6 way seat. power vent windows. tinted glass. factory ac. Autronic eye. fog lights. original floor mats and door edge guards. The factory ac-equipped cars for 1961 also gave you quite a few features including a return line fuel system to prevent vapor lock and a steeper axle ratio for better acceleration. Nice interior. Passenger front carpet is water damaged. Floors and trunk are solid with no holes. front fenders are rusty at the bottoms as is the bottom of the passenger quarter. Power windows were all working as was the HVAC fan. Passenger vent window motor runs but the window does not open. Antenna raises and lowers. The engine is stuck and I was unable to get it to rotate; I removed the heads in an attempt to free it up then reassembled it loosely so I would know where all the bolts went. The brake pedal goes to the floor and the system will need to be gone through. Car is 100% complete and original and the cigarette lighters don't even show signs of ever been used. If you are looking for a complete unrestored original car for a starting point. this is it. The original factory coolant tag was still hanging from the radiator filler neck! Original owners manual and accessories folder that was in the glove box go with it. Sold with a Bill of Sale. Q1 and copy of the last registration per CT law as Connecticut does not issue titles for vehicles over 20 model years old.
