1953 Chevy 3600 Pick-Up:

You are looking at Chevy 3/4 Ton Pick-up Itransported to upstate NY from Pahrump, evada 2 years ago. It is currently running, egistered and inspected inNew York State. It has an outstanding color pattern - all from prior owners. It has a really cool 4-Speed floor shift transmissionwithultra lowFirst Gear - 'Granny-Gear' - that makes that old truck, hinney sound.

Major mechanicalsarenew or rebuilt. All new directional system and wires installed and meet strict NYS inspection standards.

The engine is a later year 235 ci which has plenty of power but does smoke.It needs new valve seals I believe.The trans mission runs fine, here is a bit of rumble from the clutch - possibly the flywheel is out of balance.I have used it to haul heavy loads of firewood, ompost, hrubs with no difficulty - cruises right up hills.

The body is quite dry and solidaccept floors and cab corner on left - see pictures. It is a real desert monster - came with paystubs from a gravel operation in Las Vegas and an old Registration cardfrom Utah.

I have thoroughly enjoyed driving this old beast, et lots of thumbs up every drive, nd I use it for hauling stuff. Mostly I enjoy tugging on that old floor speed shifter and bouncing around town on this thing.I am selling because thats what I do, ring old cars and trucks back to life!
