Description for Chevrolet Chevelle 1969
I would sell the car minus engine, ransmission, nd headers for $25,000obo This is less than my cost in parts.Highlights include:
The entire chassis and all brackets are powder coated.
All Global West suspension. Tubular A arms, djustable rear suspension
QA1 Coil Overs and adjustable shocks
Wilwood disc brakes all around
Stainless brake lines
Currie 9" rear end housing and 3rd member. 3.75 gear with trac lock differential, 1 spline axles
502 big block - dyno showed 525hp. 580 torque. Idles perfect, hould be very streetable. I started with a GM performance 502 450 hp.
Hooker Super Comp coated headers
TCI 700R4 transmission with automatic and manual valve body capability.
March front mount drive kit
Quick ratio steering box
Complete body was soda blasted and is currently in primer
Fuel pump, egulator, nd tank with a welded in sump Much more included. I have all receipts, aperwork, nd the title. I bought a solid 1969 Malibu. This was a running, riving complete car at the time of purchase. I purposely avoided buying an SS or L78 because I wanted to make this a power tour style car. Ultimately the plan was to have a 1969 Chevelle SS clone body and interior, ith all modern suspension and drive train. The bulk of the work is done. The chassis is complete, s is the drive train. There is a complete body with the chassis, nd many other parts such as SS hood, ucket seats, ebuilt tilt column, tc. I would recommend replacing one quarter, s there was a patch. The new quarter is included. Other than that I really don't feel there is any major body work required. I currently have over $40,000 invested in this project. Most of that investment is in parts, here is very little labor that I needed to pay for.
I have a large amount of photos during disassembly. All of the parts are bagged and identified.
