Description for Chevrolet El Camino 1965
This is a bone-stock, rom the factory car. I don't mean condition-wise. It shows its age in places, ut it's unmolested for the most part. It was repainted(by a previous owner). Car was originally gold. The car has all new front end steering components. The engine burns a little oil, ut doesn't smoke. So I keep it topped off every couple of fuel stops or so. The bushings in the column are shot. Shifting is a little weird, ut works. So I bought a NOS 3-speed floor shifter for the car. Comes with the auction. I have a rebuilt 350 and Rock Crusher 4-Speed for it that I was going to swap in, ut I got lazy and have too many projects. If you want, hat drive train can be purchased for extra. Lights, auges, ignals, tarts all like it should. This car is a daily driver for sure. Can be driven anywhere. And it's very peppy when you step on it. New ignition, oil, nd 2 barrel carb. The ugly wheels in the majority of the pics are on temporarily while I powder coat the steel wheels. Brand new rally caps will be put back on with the steels in a couple days. Just changed all the fluids. Oil, ranny, ear end, oolant. Message to check it out/test drive. Ask any questions...
