Real deal,unmolested,possibly the best example left of a true 60's Corvette Gasser. Most cars of that era got modernized over time,ruining the history connected to them. The fact that this car stayed in it's as raced condition is amazing.Someone added flares to the rear wheel openings after the car was parked but I had the rear quarters professionally repaired.The lettering is unchanged minus the class designation that was on the rear panels. Car was raced with an L-88 427 & 4 speed,the engine is long gone but still retains the stack injection & fuel system,valve covers,camshaft & rev kit,scattershield & flywheel etc.Olds rear with trailing arms & coil springs,front is model A axle & radius rods with corvair box.The workmanship on the chassis is amazing for a 60's build,nice brackets & welds etc.The other cool thing is almost all the stock parts that were removed during the build were saved & have stayed with the car all this time.Add your engine and put it together as is or restore it back to the show stopper it once was.
