Description for Chevrolet C-10 1986
6.0 LS swap extremely clean 1986 C 10 Silverado. I have decided to sell my c10. This truck is extremely nice, and LS swap was professionally done. Everything is done right with cold a/c and hot heat. I searched for months to find a good body to do the swap, and this is the best truck I could find. The interior in this truck is in great shape with all accessories working. Original radio, clock, dome light all work. Truck has been lowered with a belltech lowering kit including new shocks. Rides and drives great. I had the complete conversion done at a local LS performance shop. Engine is a stock 6.0 LQ4 from a 2003 2500 gmc, very strong and runs flawlessly. Transmission is a 4L60e which the shop rebuilt and upgraded the sunshell. I also put a 06 trailblazer ss torque converter in, with a slightly higher stall speed (2600). Truck has a set of shorty headers made to for the conversion to clear the frame. Complete 2 chamber flow master exhaust turned down. In tank style fuel pump with a high volume pump and all factory style fuel lines and fuel filter assembly. Brand new radiator with factory electric fans from the LS truck. Used dirty dingo motor mounts, and all BP automotive wiring harnesses for engine and fans. Replaced all sensors and belts when the swap was done, and installed a brand new battery. Had the shop build a very conservative time and drive the truck on 87 octane. I do have several receipts for parts that I bought during the swap. This truck turned out way better than I could have imagined, and runs, drives, steers, stops, and shifts flawlessly. Dakota digital electronic to cable speedometer converter installed so factory speedometer works. I do have a clean title in hand. The body has not been touched and has a couple blemishes. Paint was touched up around the emblem on the drivers fender, a spot on the bed side and bottom of drivers door (not really noticeable). Wheels and tires are 20" American racing with maybe 1000 miles (brand new at swap). I do have the original 305 engine, 700r4 trans, and original wheels that will go with the truck. Thanks for looking and I will answer any questions I can. I welcome anyone to come see this truck in person.
