Description for Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 1955

Nice original unmolested 'outside the barn find' trifive sedan. I bought it from the original owner in Montana. I installed new brake lines, hoses, and brake parts and engine tune up parts. New tires also. I installed lowering blocks in the back and cut a coil in the front to drop it down. Runs great and stops great. 3 on the tree with overdrive. Overdrive seems to work ok. The motor was rebuilt once but they didn't keep track of mileage on the motor as it sits. It has the optional oil filter which is nice. Rust---just about zero! I see some in the area below the trunk near the back bumper where all of these cars rust. It is just at the two seams where they weld in the splash pan. Other than that, I don't see any rust anywhere. Original interior is doing ok other than the top of the back seat where the sun wrecked it. Horn and radio work. Muffler is shot but the car isn't loud. Good glass. Doors, hood, trunk work good. Weather stripping isn't great. The paint on the front clip looks slightly different from the rest of the car, but the original owner didn't remember any damage up front. He had shared the car with his mom over the years and said maybe she hit a deer or something when he was overseas--or maybe it just faded differently than the back. I read once that the front clips were assembled somewhere separate and sometimes they had different primer than the back of the car. No idea on the paint specs though. One fender chrome spear is kind of tweeked. Bumpers and grill are good. Awesome project--or cruise it patina style like i did. Call or text 509-979-7414 for information. I could haul it to some places for a fee.I can send you more pictures of whatever you want or add them to the auction. If the buyer wishes for the car to be at stock height, I can install some stock coils and remove the lowering blocks. I am getting ready to lower another car, so switching the parts over would be simple. I just need a little time to do the work.Shipping is totally up to you---or drive it away. I can help load it on a trailer or do almost what ever you need to help you get the car after you win it. We might have to coordinate the pickup around Mother Nature. She doesn't appreciate old cars like we do.Good clean title. If it leaves Washington, I will keep the license plate so I can reuse it on another car. It won't be of any use to an out of state buyer.Dog not included. She is in the picture to show how low the car is! The car ain't low enough until my dog can get in it.
