The Story:

This restoration began in 2012 as a light pro-touring build commissioned by the previous owner. The body work, paint, and initial assembly was done by Classic Cars of McHenry in Illinois. The car had a stock style interior, stock subframe with DSE Speed kit 3, Ride Tech rear, and carbureted LSx454 with T-56 magnum. I purchased the car in 2016 with 1,200 miles on initial build and began taking it to the next level with the purpose of auto-crossing and taking the car to track days. The car was fully disassembled, swapped to fuel injection with the Harrop ITB manifold and all systems were upgraded. This included adding the 14” Wilwood braking system, re-wiring the entire car, adding the Speedtech Extreme subframe, adding 10.5” wide from wheels, and having a professionally crafted interior with high end materials. I’ve taken this car to a few track days and several auto cross events including Goodguys Columbus this year. The goal was to create an exotic looking and unique drive train with the Harrop ITB intake, carbon fiber air boxes, S1 Sequential shifter, and carry the carbon theme to the interior while keeping the exterior mostly “stock” looking. I chose the Speedtech subframe to fit the wide front tires and their very robust steering system. I went with the 295s to avoid any rubbing issues. Speedtech says a 315 tire will fit. Some serious guys are running 335s up front with no inner fenders with the Extreme subframe. I’ve driven a couple full DSE suspension cars which ride excellent, but I like the firmer steering feel of the Speedtech Extreme system better. Both are great systems. All manuals, documents, receipts, and a few hundred photos will be included with the sale. I can send anyone who is seriously interested a link to all the photos to outlining the build(s) on this car. Car has about 600 miles on its latest round of modifications, bringing the total drive train mileage to about 1,800. The car rides great, handles well, sounds very mean, and gets compliments at every event.

I encourage you to ask questions, and please inspect the car prior to purchasing. These builds are very unique and everything is best explained and shown in person. I can send a google drive link to hundreds of photos if interested. This is a lot of money to spend on a car. Please, serious inquiries only and do your research. As we all know, there is far more invested in these builds in labor and parts than the asking price reflects. I'm selling only because I've found another 69 Camaro project car. I can assist with lining up transportation but Buyer is responsible for transportation costs. phone: three three O - four O 6 - six three 5 three

I'm not looking for trades at this time.
