Up for sale is a very cool 1955 Chevy Belair 2 door Hardtop/Sports coupe.

This Chevy is of great driver quality. This car is for the guy who wants to have a good looking above average driver car. There are a few little things that need done to make it complete. Like the radio isn't working. the drivers seat could use the little stop that fits when you life the seat up.Ihave two brand newof the long side piece trim for both sides it just needs put on.Also included is 5 originalChevy rims.This is not a numbers matching car. So if you are looking for the perfect numbers correct engine and perfect show car this car is not for you. This is a damn nice driving drivers car.. You can be proud of it asisand will love it when you see it. Thumbs up from almost everyone looking at you. It needs a good buffing and it will glow as is.. The bumpers are newer one piece bumpers and look great. Most chrome looks very good. door handle and some window trim has a pitting and could be redone at some point or they are good as is.

The interior has been redone and looks very nice. New carpet and seat coveringsand the dash is in very nice shape. The car starts up and purrs like a classic car should. The car runs and drives excellent. Doesn't pull when you stop and drives straight as an arrow down the highway. You can drive this old girl anywhere. The car does not run hot and the temperature gauge works and the gas gauge also works as well as everything except the radio. Very cool 55 Chevy. The 283 engine has rebuilt and idles great with no knocks or rattles. Drives great.. The front end was also rebuilt with new bushing and brakes.

The car was previously owned for 32 yearsby the same owner. It was purchased in Kansas in 1983. I have the Kansas inspection slip from 1983 andIowa title from 1983 until 2015. I currently have a clear Iowa title and hand. No loans on the Chevyso thetitle is with me.

This is a perfect driver Chevy that you can proudly drive and take to car shows. Again if you are anal and want the perfect numbers matching car this car and perfect 10 paint tis Chevy is not for you. I never over describe my cars as I want the buyer to LOVE what they buy.
