Description for Dodge Coronet 1969

Selling my 69 Super Bee. I bought it with plans to restore it, but several years have gone by, and I just don't see myself getting it done. The person I got it from started disassembling it for restoration, and that's how I bought it. I ended up putting theparts back on it, and got it running. I drove it around the block a few times, that's about it. Engine runs great, trans seems to shift well. The brakeswork, but not the best, so I didn't have it top speed.

The engine doesn't seem to have been rebuilt. Has the original points distributor. Matching number body, engine, original trans. Trans #PK2892093. Original engine, 383HP, 335 hp. 8 3/4" rear axle with 3.23 gears. Has a 4bbl Holley carb on it. Manual drum brakes, power steering. The quarters were replaced a long time ago, and not done properly, very shabby. Will need quarters if you want to make the car nice. Looking underneath, the left rear frame rail has been replaced, and the right rear rail issoft, and the spring perch is mostly shot. The left torque box is ok, the right is rotted at the outer portion (pic).

I can't get the trunk open, the lock is sticking, but I will work on that and take pics. The floor seems okay, the outer edges need to be finished. The fuel tank was rustedout, Ijust have a gas can in the trunk, poor man's fuel cell!I do haveI believe all the parts to it in boxes, with door panels, handles, etc. On the inside, it looks like just the driver's floor area is rusted. Manual windows. The seats are tattered, I'm sure you'd recover them. There's no carpet.

I didn't spend the time to decipher all the body codes, but I know it's originally a T5 copper bronze, with gold interior. Previous owners made the car blue, along with blacking out the gold interior. Automatic, buckets, fold down armrest, non a/c car. If I missed something feel free to ask. This vehicle is for sale locally, and I reserve the right to end this auction early if need be. Thank you.

The car will need a full restoration, unless you plan on having it as a ratrod type cruiser.
