Every once in a while you come across a really rare survivor car with lots of history, ow miles and about as original as delivered as can be done. This extremely rare, of 531, arely used, 2,xxx miles, ostly original paint and only refreshed in the places you want to see it, s one of those cars. 1971 was the last year for anything close to factory performance cars and ford kept the best of the Mustangs for last with the introduction of the one and only year Boss 351 and the 429 CJ and SCJ. The 429 SCJ, ook out LS6 and Hemi, ou better get your tune on because this is one bad motor. All you had to do to get one of these was check the 3.91 or higher rear end ratio and your world changed quickly, ery quickly. Only 531 examples of this monster were delivered in 1971 but the times, hey were a chang'in. Needless to say, f you got one, ou were a force to be reckoned with.The young man who bought this particular car wrote to his father from good old east asia and had him order the car from the local ford dealer so it would be ready and waiting upon his release from his military duties. The car was used little as life changes but was keep properly stored until 2 brothers tracked the car down and convinced the original owner to pass it along. They cleaned, etailed, eplace factory markings and put the car into the condition you see it today.
