For your consideration is this nice 1972 Ford F700 Tow Truck with a Holmes 525 wrecker on it! And being offered at no reserve! This is a decent old truck that would make a very interesting project. let your imagination run with this one! The truck is showing just over 37k miles. this truck was used by a local service station for years and I have no idea if that is actual or not. The truck has a 361 big block engine that runs great and a 5speed transmission with a 2 speed. The 2speed is not switching at this time. The previous owner installed new brakes and lines on the truck. the tires are decent! The interior is nice on the truck and there is not much rust. The PTO works great and I have used raised and lowered the cables on it. I drove the truck about 20 miles to my shop when I acquired it a couple of months ago. it drove good but I would not recommend driving it very far. it is a project and I have no idea how long it has been sitting! I have a clear VA title to the truck. the truck was made late in 72 and is titled as a 73. all numbers do match on the truck. I try to give an accurate description of the vehicle. if you have any questions please ask. If you need more pictures I will get them. It is a project vehicle that should be towed. It is being sold as-is where-is. A $500 deposit is due within 24 hours. the balance in 7 days. The truck should be removed within two weeks unless prior arrangements have been made.
