Description for Ford Falcon 1964

This is a 1964 Falcon Sprint 2 Door Hard Top 4 Speed Car. I bought her form the original owner in 1987 and for the last 20 years I would work on her a little then park her, work on her then park her and now it just time to move on. In the last 10 years. I rebuilt the T-10 4 speed, all new HD front and rear suspension with dropped rear leaf springs and 1967 Mustang front coil springs. Front disk brake kit and all new rear brakes. 1" front and 3/4" rear sway bars. 1967 Mustang 22 gallon fuel tank, 3:55 limited slip 8" rear end with new axle bearings, duel master cylinder, all new clutch linkage with Heim joints on stainless steel rods and rebuilt peddle assembly with roller bearing kit. I also moved the peddles apart for my big feet. New McLeod pressure plate, 11" Hays Clutch disk, and throw-out bearing. Rebuilt stock Falcon shifter with all linkage, stock drive shaft with new TRW u-joints. New 2 core aluminum radiator, one wire 100 amp alternator, new front and rear wiring harness with H4 head light and relay kit and sub frame connectors. I had her running about 2 years ago but the motor spun a bearing so I pulled it and got a bone stock 1966 289 cid from a friend. I pulled it apart to take it to the machine shop and something else came up and I never did. So she comes with a striped down stock bore 289 block crank pistons, rods, heads, rockers, pan front cover, pulleys, nuts and bolts. The body is rust free with small dings and dents except for the driver side rear quarter panel, I lost a tire on the freeway and it tore it up good (see pic's) She was stripped down to bare metal sealed and shot with 2k primer about 20 years ago. Before I decided to sell her, I sanded her down and shot her with a coat of urethane primer. I have all the trim and chrome, the side trim was in bad shape when I took it off years ago. The front bucket seats are complete but need lots of love. The interior needs a lot of work, one rust spot behind drivers seat I patch way back when other then that floor pan is good, all the glass is good. In the late 80's and early 90's it was all about going fast not looks or chrome. If i had spent half the money blew on NOS, motors, carbs, intakes, rear ends and transmission on the body and interior she would be a sweet looking ride. Now it time for me to move on and let someone finish this project. Sold as is, Buyer is responsible for shipping or pickup, No Trades. Any questions or for more pictures just ask I will respond as fast as I can. Thank you for looking and Semper Fi
