1972 Ford f-250 sport custom 4x4 truck. Information isas follows: 460 v-8 engine automatic transmission, electronic ignition,newer front disc brakes, RebuiltDana 60 rear end, Dana 44 front end, Truck has a Tilt and Telescopic steering column from a Cadillac along with a Grant steering wheel,new windshield and rubber seal, new rear window rubber seal, drivers side glass has pitting spots, both windowtrack felts are needing to be replaced. The dash pad is EXCELLENT. Drivers mirror is scratched, Drivers door needs adjustment, it closes but you have to slam it. You will see a few rust spots or bubbles under the paint only a few, Truck is 45 years old and i'm not sure when it was re painted. I don't think it was wet sanded after paint as areas of the paint look a little dull, maybe I am too picky, The bench seat needs re upholstery and some new padding. Heater works, the wipers work, cigarette lighter works, Alpine stereo works, flashers work, all running lights work, dome light works, rear license plate lights work, registration tags are expired, Turn signals work but don't show on the dash, Stock gas tank behind the seat was removed, the only gas tank is located along the frame rail under the truck bed (midship tank). Speedometer works, Emergency front brake cableis missing.Tires are Toyo open country LT 315/75R16. No spare tire.Newer Flowmaster exhaust, Truck has 3" body lift.Truck starts quickly and shuts off promptly with key, It drives very nice does not pull or rumble like you expect from a big truck, It is fun to drive, even your girlfriend can drive it as the power steering makes it drive easy !! I get thumbs up every time I drive it. Everytime !!!In 2016 the following work was done, (I have receipts) new rear main seal, new water pump, timing cover and gasket set, new oil pan and gasket, upper and lower radiator hose, replaced power steering pump and hoses, new alternator belt, rebuilt rear end with new ring and pinion and bearings, replacedtrans pan and shift shaft seal, while in my possession, I removed the bedwire wheeled the frame and bed. Primer and undercoated the frame and bed, installed brand new front and rear Skyjacker shocks, installed a headliner and trimfrom the wrecking yard, polished the wheels & bumpers, hand waxed the paint, I recommend that you call me and ask any questions you have, I will tell you everything I know about this truck, Truck is located in Vancouver Washington, zip code 98664, just 5 minutes from the Oregon border.
