1969 FORD MUSTANG 289 V8 C-4 SPEED AUTOMATIC - GREY
Started Life as a Straight 6 and was rebuilt at 32,000 Miles
I purchased in August 2017 when mileage was 33,000 and the current Mileage reads 41,000 miles
Upgraded front Disc Brakes, Power Steering.
Clear Title in my name and possession.
New Battery and Front Tyres just installed
Solid engine, Mustang is very well travelled and I covered 8,000 miles during September as part of a road trip from the East to West Coast, she starts, moves and certainly drives.
Exhaust and motor makes a great noise, it has real presence and is stunning to look at.
She is not perfect and could do with some TLC as is with most old cars but she still doesn't fail to put a smile on your face every time you crank up the engine and set off.
The car has an upgraded CD/FM RADIO/AUX with Rear Speakers.
American Racing Wheels in perfect condition
Things that do need attention - all minor points
1. Door locks work but just need to be tinkered so that the key actually turns - very simple from a locksmith
2. Driver side door window needs attention as it has come loose from the bracket - still winds up and down.
3. Horn Doesn't work
4. Front Lights stopped working - I believe there is a short somewhere after the new battery was installed as the tail lights do still come on5. Parking Break Linkage needs attention
I covered nearly 300 miles per DAY during September and she has been nothing short of reliable so if you're looking for a Mustang that you can rely on and not have to worry about, don't go further than this.
Vehicle is currently in storage in Chatsworth, LAand ready to drive home to it's new owner - I can assist with delivery if required.
