I am listing this for a friend who is the second owner of this truck since purchase in 1972 and it has been licensed and registered the entire time. It was sitting on a farm for the last few years and the gas went bad and would not start. It was rollback towed to my shop where I removed all the old gas,put in a new fuel sender,fuel pump,cleaned out the carburetor,changed the oil,filter and got it running. I also installed new plugs and battery. It runs great and does not smoke or rattle. This truck is a 3 on the column and clutch engages/releases nice and smooth. The rear brakes and master cylinder were found to be bad when we checked them. We replaced the rear brakes,wheel cylinders,brake lines on the rear end,all the brake springs,adjusters and resurfaced the drums. I am assuming the front brakes should be checked and the bearings repacked but that is up to the new owner. The rear tires will need to be replaced and some minor exhaust work done. I have been in business for 35 years and an auto tech for 42 so I can answer just about any question on the truck. The truck has 103,000 miles on the odometer and is accurate. I have tried to show the good and bad but can send additional pictures if needed. I know how hard it is to buy a vehicle without seeing it so personal inspections are welcome and encouraged. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping charges and I would not drive it home with the tires on it now. Payment will be a 500.00 deposit immediately after purchase and balance to be be paid by cashiers check,wire transfer or cash in person within 7 days. Vehicle goes nowhere until funds have cleared.
