Description for Ford Mustang 1966

This auction is for my 1966 Ford Mustang. This car was restored about 12 years ago. The paint is showing its age but still looks nice for a driver quality car. It has a few paint bubbles around the wheel arches as seen in the up-close photos and numerous chips and touch-ups. This car would be a great candidate for a repaint at some time or drive it as it is. I would rate the paint at around a 6 or 7 on a scale of 1-10. The floor pans were replaced when it was restored and are still very solid. I park it in a garage with a finished floor and it does not leak any fluids. I recently installed a dual brake master cylinder for safety concerns. It has also recently had the fuel pump. alternator. starter. heater core. temp sending unit and the carb rebuilt. The interior is in very good condition with no rips or tears in the upholstery. The following are in working order: Brakes are non power drum brakes and stop as intended but are not up to todays standard of braking. The engine starts very easy and does not smoke or make any strange noises. It runs very good with no issues. The transmission is an automatic and it shifts fine in all gears and has no issues. The battery is in good working order. The heater works very well on all three speeds. The headlights work on both bright and dim. The windshield wipers are in working order. The brake lights and back up lights are in working order. The aftermarket am/fm radio is in working order. All the windows roll up and down. The doors open and close with no issues. The temp gauge is in good working order. The oil pressure gauge works. The Amp gauge needle always registers in the middle so I am not sure if it works or not. The speedometer and odometer are in good working condition. The fuel gauge works but wont fall below 1/4 tank on the gauge. The turn signals work but do not cancel automatically because of the aftermarket steering wheel. The horn does not work because of the aftermarket steering wheel. The courtesy lights and switches are missing as you can see in the pictures. The tires are almost full tread and are a few years old. This would be a great car for someone to take to cruise nights for not a lot of money. This car runs and drives down the road straight and keeps up with todays highway speeds with no problems. I encourage anyone interested to please come see the car or have it inspected by some one of their choice. I have included as many pictures as allowed so every one can see the condition of this car. Its not perfect and its not a show car but it is a good car. The title is in my name and is free and clear.
