You are looking at a 1968 Ford Mustang Fastback that is a factory S Code 390 GT Highland Green car. Yes, this is the real Bullitt car. No need to clone this car, becauseit left the factory with the correct engine and the correct color, R code Highland Green! Even if you don't want to make it a bullitt car, its still amazingcar to restore and would be absolutely stunning back to factory specs.

So this car is an S code 390 GT 4V car, with a factory C6 automatic transmission. The engine that is in this car is the original engine.

This car left the factory with some very nice options including the GT package, big block engine, power steering, power disc brakes, seats with headrests and muchmore.

Now, I'll give you a breakdownof this car.

Engine:

390 GT Engine Original to this car.

Block 8B1 (Dated 18 days before the car was built)

Heads C8AE-H 14 Bolt GT heads

Aluminum Intake and Cast Iron Intake

Missing the Carb and Distributor and Power steering pump

Transmission:

Factory C6

Rearend:

31 Spline 9" Rearend (earlier style 9" with WAR case) Not sure of current gear ratio.

Interior:

Factory original interior. Factory headrest seats which is a nice option. Interior is mostly complete aside from the missing lower console. Dash pad was heat baked. All rear interior panels seem to be there. Interior is original.

Brakes and Suspension:

Factory Power steering rack is still there. Factory disc brake parts are all still present. Factory style suspension.

Glass:

All of the glass in in great shape. Front windshield that is in the car is broken, but a factory front windshield comes with the car.

Body:

The car is mostly complete and still wearing its Factory highland Green paint on most panels. The car is overall very solid. Doors are in great shape, as well as the roof and trunk lid. The frame rails are in great shape also except for the very ends of the rear rails where the leaf springs mount. The car will need front floor pans and torque boxes, passenger side rear rocker, lower quarters, a new hood, and new front and rear valances. All cheap metal. The door jambs are nice and solid front and rear. Car is a project that needs restored.

VINS:

All factory VINS are still on the car. Door tag, Apron stamp, and the metal dash tag.
