The Model T is a momentous pointin the history, not only for the automobile but the American industrial age, interchangeableparts, production lines and the establishment of the middle class. It's an amazing experience both to work on and drive your own little museum of American achievement down the road.
This purchase includes both the original engine (in running condition) which matches the Vehicle ID# (VIN), which is stamped on both the engine and frame. Installed in the car is a newer (2009) rebuilt and modified/updated engine that includes electronic ignition (with a distributor), which means no timing issues to fight, aluminum head and pistons which generates higher compression/horsepower than the original engine. The modified engine has been tested at speeds up to 60 mph rather than the normal maximum speed of 30 mph. Engine head, pistons, and valves were recently cleaned and inspected, which of course means the engine has a new head gasket. The car also received a tuneup including rebuilt carburetor(new seat and gaskets), new spark plugs and oil change. She is ready to go! I am willing to consider offers but not interested in a trade for another vehicle.
