Family of Dealerships which has been serving customers for over 92 years. Keller Classics specializes in classic cars from the 60s and 70s. We are offering this beautiful 1968 Ford Mustang California Special survivor. There were originally only 4. 18 California Special Mustangs manufactured in 1968 making them a rare find! This example only has 41. 45 miles which are believed to be original. Judging by the condition. it is very believable that it is the correct mileage. The body is exceptionally straight and the Candy Apple Red paint is mostly original and still looks wonderful. The black vinyl top is also in great condition. The original GT wheels are wrapped in a set of like new radial tires. Under the hood is the original J code 302 4v V8 which starts right up and runs wonderfully. Power is transferred via factory C4 automatic transmission. It also has factory power steering. power disc brakes. and air conditioning which the original dealer installed in the car after it was purchased new. Dealer installed air conditioning was very common during the 60s and 70s. It has recently had new brakes and exhaust installed. We have lots of original documentation to go along with the car including the original dealer invoice. The original owner bought it new on March 20. 1968 and she owned it until she passed away in 2010. Her son then sold it to its most recent owner. making it a two owner car. The interior is completely original just like the rest of the car. The black vinyl seats look excellent and do not have any rips or tears. The gauges are crystal clear and what appears to be the original dash is in mint condition with no sun fading or cracking. This car has been very meticulously cared for its entire life and it really shows. You will not find a nicer example of a Mustang that is still in this its original form.
