Description for Ford Mustang 1967
1967 Mustang Convertible GT K-code Triple Black! You are looking at one of the RAREST Mustangs ever made. This is a "one of one" 1967 Mustang Convertible GT. K-code. 4 Speed. Deluxe Interior. and a Triple Black Beauty. The car's history is outlined in the Marti Report and you will see from the report that this car was delivered to an executive at the Philco-Ford HQ. This stunning car stayed with that executive until I purchased it. several years ago. This car just underwent a 3-year. nbsp;complete nuts and bolts rotisserie restoration. no expenses spared. All parts used during this restoration were selected based on the following model: 1) Use as many of the original parts as possible. 2) If the original part was not useable or serviceable. an NOS Ford replacement part was used. 3) If an NOS replacement part was not available. a restored original part was used. 4) Lastly. if a restored original part was not available. the best quality aftermarket part was used. Given this method of restoration it allows this car to retain most of it original factory parts including the complete serialized driveline. from air cleaner to rear end. All three VINs are present including the original door VIN plate. The few aftermarket parts that were used include a floor section and the footboard/firewall panel. Historical data on the 1967 Ford Mustang Convertible K-codes indicates that there were 50 made. 34 of those 50 were 4 speeds. 2 of those 34 were Triple Black and one had Deluxe Interior. making this a one of a kind. I am the owner of Sacramento Mustang and with the help of our team of professionals as well as Paul George from Mustang Magic and Brian Lee from Classic MotorSports. nbsp;I am presenting this beautiful classic for the first time to the general public. I have set a reserve on this beauty based on it rarity and quality of restoration. This really is a museum piece (although it is a kick to drive) and will only increase in value with time. I have this car in our showroom at Sacramento Mustang and it is available for your evaluation by appointment. I have the clear title in hand. We can be reached at 1-800-442-8333. Good luck.
