Description for Ford Mustang 1968

This car had been sitting for 35 or so years in a shed up in northern Florida. It was free of any rust other then a light layer of dirt and oxidation on top. New quarter panels were installed because of the originals cut out for racing slicks. The factory hood and scoop was still w/ the car along w/ the 428 CJ # matched stamped block. I chose to have a High end shop operated by David Miller with his son Cory in Orlando FL,Well known for there Quality and Performance do the complete rebuild of this super straight Ex Drag Race Car. After 2 years and a large investment one of the most AWESOME mustangs was created!! Using a very rare original R code car we built a 427 8V powered rocket. The performance is unimaginable!! I had this motor for many years and use to drag race it in a 69 CJ Mach 1. At that time it turned high 10's. This car is lighter and will go as FAST as you would dare go!! The entire car was striped to bare metal and every component was rebuilt or replaced. The car has a fully detailed chassis and suspension, Stainless exhaust,Brakes and steering upgrades. Interior all new including custom rear shelby package tray w/ kick ass stereo and speakers, Recaro bucket seats, Custom auto-meter white faced gauges w/ Red back lighting. All new carpet and every trim piece w headliner & Hurst shifter. Fully detailed engine compartment w every bolt and screw NEW!!! This is a brand new car with Performance and Style upgrades. The Highland paint looks like a mile deep reflection and all chrome, glass and stainless is new. A marti report documents the car along w/ its original Fender apron stampings,Door data plate, Buck build tag and Windshield vin plate.No Repo Crap in this car build!!
