1965 Ford Fairlane 500. 2 Door Coupe. Built in Kansas city in 1965. Chassis no 5K43C235895. 41. 405 Produced. Cost New $3. 018. In show car condition. Colour White over Honey Gold original spec. No Bondo or Rust. 289 V8 4. 7lt Engine. nbsp;2 Barrel Carb. 3 Speed manual Gearbox / 3 on the tree. All numbers matching. Factor A/C that works. but could do with a re-charge . retrimed Seats. New American Alloy wheels and new tires. also original 5 steel wheels and wheel trims go with it. Original jack and tools kit. The car started its life in Texas and then to me in Florida. The car has 48. 000 miles on the clock which we believe to be correct. We only use the car for going to car shows etc. It was cruiser of the month last year at Old Town Kissimmee. the only thing that needs doing to the car to make it 100% is the head liner has a small rip in it. The Engine was serviced 350 miles ago. new Oil . plus filter. Spark plugs. nbsp; points and condenser. rotor arm and cap. The Clutch and brakes all work fine. The Engine does not smoke or use a drop of Oil. and starts and runs on the button. The long Shackles are to give more clearance for the Alloy wheels . The original shackles go with the car in case you want to put it back to stock.
