1958 GMC Apache Deluxe Big Back Window Short Box Truck. This is a nice original truck in good shape. It is an unfinished project but everything is there that you will need. Selling with NO RESERVE to the highest bidder.
The body is in good shape, he only rust being in the front fenders. The cab and roof where they usually rust is in excellent condition. The original paint looks good with a nice weathered look to it. All of the glass is in great condition with the exception of a stone chip in the windshield. It has the much sought after big back window and Deluxe trim with the extra chrome.
The interior is complete with the unique GMC dash. The original headliner is like new. The seat isn`t too bad either.
It comes with a Pontiac 283 small block V8 which is just a small block Chevy V8 removed from a Canadian Pontiac. The motor was in good shape and ran well when removed from the car last year. I have a brand new engine mount to mount it in the truck which will be sold with the truck. It also comes with a fully rebuilt Powerglide automatic transmission. The gas tank has been re-conditioned and needs to be fitted back in the truck. The original radiator is in excellent shape. There are also many other spare parts that come with the truck.
It rolls freely, he brakes aren`t seized, o it can be moved around easily.
