Description for GMC Sierra 1500 1982

1982 GMC Sierra 1500 4x4, a time capsule that was until very recently a Fire Chief's truck.  The true milage is unknown but thought to be accurate, however we cannot guarantee it.  The transfer case (4x4) was just rebuilt under my ownership and slips in and out of four wheel drive as it should.  The dashboard is in excellent condition.  The drivers side seat has a tear.  The wooden bed is in good condition but could use a good power-washing. The 5.0L V-8 engine is original and strong.  The emergency lights on the roof work great.  The transmission shifts just great.  The flooring is new and has the additional padding and sound deadening feature.  The truck is set up for a snow plow but the snow plow is not included.  The chrome is in good condition and overall the fire department mascot "Shaker 5" has withstood the test of time very well without restoration.  This is a buyer pickup only, we do not arrange for shipping.  Cashiers Check or cash payment.
