Description for Honda Civic 1989
Hello Everyone,What is up for auction is my 1989 Honda Civic RT4WD Wagon. If you are looking at this post you might already know that these cars are pretty rare in this 4WD configuration and they are becoming very hard to find. They are super versatile with roomy interior space, Great gas mileage and Awesome 4WD capabilities. What else is wonderful about this particular car, is that it's a one owner vehicle and is all original!
Don't let the mileage of the car scare you! It is mostly all highway miles has been well maintained. The car runs and drives great and most everything works as it should. There are no dash warning lights on. The car has a brand new head, head gasket, water pump, timing belt and tune up. The Automatic trans shifts great and the suspension rides very smooth. A/C blows cold and heat works great.
Few things that need to be done to make the car perfect is the obvious 1/4 panel rust on both sides (cosmetic) . The rest of the car is primarily rust free. The front two seats have some wear and tears and driver seat does not recline or slide. The car needs a rear muffler, it has a hole in it. The tires have tread and hold air but they are a bit old and could use replacing and Lastly, There are some scratches on the rear bumper from street parking.
My plan was to restore the car back to its glory but I just don't have the time to do so right now. To be honest, for fairly little money and time the car can be restored to full potential. 2 new seats, tires, a muffler and some body work and it's pretty much good to go. Great for someone looking for minor project. These cars will only go up value because of the rarity and market demand.
Thanks for checking out the listing! Happy Bidding and Have a Blessed Day!
