1953 International pickup truck

Description for International Harvester Other 1953

1953 International R100 pickup truck 1/2 ton short bed project. Truck has surface rust. but seems to have a very sound. solid body as seen in pictures. Floors. fenders. cab. and other sheet metal in very sound shape. 350 Chevy motor (not sure what year). headers. and a power glide transmission. Frame looks to have been sandblasted and re-painted. Has aftermarket wheels. Tires are good for rolling around. Has original grille and other parts in the cab of truck. Needs all new glass. Have drive shaft and original rear axle. I have the running boards. but are off the truck. in sound shape. I do NOT have a tailgate for the truck but was told aftermarket are available. Truck does not run and is not road worthy. A great project to restore or customize. I bought this project with intentions of restoring it. but just don't have the time right now. My lose. your gain!! I have a clear title in my name.
