Check out this VERY NICE 1986 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION!! One of last years for the REAL jeep built wagoneer. This jeep was owned by a doctor and good client. This jeep has had A Lot of work done. REALLY to much to list. Basically this Jeep had a FRAME ON RESTORATION. The Jeep has and come with a 2 inch photo album of the resto being done(Lots of Pics). Also come with a tub of extra parts and pieces. I'm going to try to keep this short do to theres to much work to type out. The paint and wood trim are NEW!! Interior is original. However, Door panels and door carpet have been replaced. Interior only needs a new carpet kit to complete in my opinion. All gauges, lights, windows, locks, seats, wipers, etc. function as they should. Stereo has been upgraded to in dash CD Player. Rear Tailgate window works properly also. The 4X4 functions correctly and shifts out smooth. The engine has had ALL Belts, Hoses, Vacuum Hoses, Air Filter replaced with new. Complete tune up and Carburetor rebuilt also has been done. The ignition has been upgraded to MSD Ignition. Rims have even been repainted and tires are like new. This Jeep is also equipped with Tow Pkg and Fog Lights. Also the whole frame was striped and undercoated. New glass has also been installed. I really cant think of anything else the Slick Jeep needs other than a New Home and Good Owner. Starting in the 1986 model year, the Grand Wagoneer received a new four part front grille and a stand-up hood ornament. An updated audio system became a standard feature and a power sunroof installed by American Sunroof Corporation, became a factory option. However, the most significant change was the installation of a fully revamped interior including a new dashpad, new instrumentation, new door panel design, shorter nap cut-pile carpeting, new leather seat cover designs and front seats that now featured adjustable headrests. Changes were made to the instrument panel that now featured square gauges, and contained an improved climate control system. The metal glove box door was also replaced with a plastic door featuring a woodgrain overlay. A new two spoke steering wheel also included new stalks for the lights and wiper and washer controls on the column. The Selec-Trac driveline gained a new Trac-Lok limited slip differential to send power to the wheel with the best traction. There were 17,254 Grand Wagoneers built in 1986.
