Description for Jeep CJ 1982

I bought this Jeep last year from the 3rd owner of 25+ years. I have spoken to the 2nd owner with a verbal history from when he owned it. The original owner sold it to him with 64k miles and it now has 112k original miles.
When I bought it I tuned it up (new plugs, wires, belts, fuel lines, fuel pump, exhaust and other misc parts) allowing me to put it on the road without fear of calling a tow truck. It still could use some front end work due to some steering wheel play but other than that it's a good driver.
There are quarter size fluid leaks where it's parked but no major drips and nothing that causes me to have to add oil.The old radio has been removed and I'm not sure if the current speakers work. The interior and paint are in great condition for a 37 year old Jeep, but it is not without it's blemishes, stains, nics or dings.
Please ask and all questions! I'm not looking to hide anything and believe in full disclosure but again it's a 37 year old vehicle and impossible to describe every flaw.
