Description for Jeep Wagoneer 1977
1977 JEEP WAGONEER - RARE OPTIONSAMC 401 ENGINE - STARTS AND RUNSAUTOMATIC TRANS W/ QUADRATRAC & LOW RANGE OPTIONFACTORY A/CBLUE EXTERIOR W/ BLACK INTERIORVIN# J7A15MZ103162 THE GOOD - This ride appears to be complete minus one piece of trim on the right fender. It runs strong and drives. I have driven this down the road and had no problems however it does need a tune up. All the brakes work. power steering works. transmission shifts. transfer case works and the low range doubler works. All the doors open and shut as they should. nbsp;hood latches. no major rust and no signs of body damage and no signs that it has ever been in a collision. THE BAD - It does have rust in the typical Wagoneer spot above both rear wheel wells. The motor does not appear to need a rebuild but could use a carb rebuild and regular tune up. Tires hold air but I have no clue how old they are and wouldn't consider them to be road trip worthy. I have not tested the A/C and Heat to know of the working condition but all of the factory parts appear to be in tact. A couple of the doors seem to be "self locking" when the doors are closed but they do unlock and function. The instrumentation does not appear to work and I am not sure if the back electric glass works. I do not have a set of keys but the ignition does not need a key to start. I have not done a complete bow to stern inspection but have tried to mention the main things Ive noticed. THE STORY - I found this at a storage facility that had this in their facility since 2007. An elderly gentleman had rented a unit to store this and stopped paying the rent and gave this Wagoneer up in trade. I picked this up from the storage facility and they gave me a storage lien bill of sale. I am working on getting a state of Oklahoma title but I do not have a title at this time. I can provide a bill of sale at time of sale and the title upon receipt from the state. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LOOK AT ALL THE PICS AND QUESTIONS IF THERE ARE ANYPlease feel free to ask any questions. Will work with shipping company if buyer arranges shipping but local pick up is always welcome. I am not perfect and would never claim to be but I have noted everything that I know to date about this special ride. A minimum deposit of $500 is due immediately upon clicking buy it now or acceptance of an offer. Would prefer for Jeep to be picked up within one week of acceptance but will always work with a good communicator.
