This has to be one of the rarest Land Rovers available for the collector or enthusiast today. With only 56. 00km (approx 40. 00 miles) recorded from new. this original 1983 left hand drive icon is in perfect condition. Having spent most of its life in Italy there is no rust or corrosion. We are currently refurbishing to offer it in very close to original ex LR factory order prior to the 1984 Camel Trophy Brazil event. All bodywork was in undamaged condition. however we took the decision to carry out a detailed body overhaul & repaint due to heavy sun fade to the original Leyland Rover Sandglow Yellow. Further work is the addition of the correct wing mirrors. lighting. original warn 8274 recovery winch which we are currently overhauling. We are also preparing a full set of trophy event camel decals to be fitted to the body. Importation into the US or Canada would be very straight forwards due to its originality & age. being over 25 years. The vehicle was the italian competition team 11 on the brazilian event held in 1984 eith Giancarlo Barocelli & Sandro Damiani representing their country.
