Nice and tight little 1970 Lotus Europa S2 for sale with a great Autocross setup. Owned by Lotus enthusiast and in nice shape all around.

Starts; runs and drives great with plenty of power, o smoke and smooth idling. 1565 cc Renault engine with cross-flow head, luminum Lotus valve cover, ewer battery, ewer stainless steel exhaust pipe with Super Trap, icely detailed engine compartment, ngine in excellent health and state of tune. Tight and responsive four wheel independent suspension, ront disc brakes, ear drum and new pads & shoes. Also has recently replaced flex line to calipers, nd fluid and Spax adjustable shocks. Rides on Pirelli P44 175/70/13, pare wheel included. Excellent, ffective carburetion via the 40mm twin Webbers with K&N Filters. Drivability is terrific, ides very well with no shakes or rattles, ery stable, teering very responsive, ood general feel, ppropriate exhaust note yet not too loud.

The interior has been redone in cloth, s very comfortable for long drives and nicely insulated as well and includes lap seat belts. The dashboard has been restored and it has a very nice wood and aluminum MotoLita steering wheel with Lotus horn button, atching wooden shift knob, lean console and nice, idy, unctional instrumentation. Electric windows switches work well. Windshield wiper switch needs replacing.

Nice, resentable exterior with clean fiberglass body (no history of accidents, o visual signs of repair), ouble red & gold vinyl striping down the middle 13" wide, aint pearl white. The car was originally Bahama Yellow with no signs of original yellow color, ge of paint unknown, ut quality good with only minor hairline cracks in paint, ypical of fiberglass bodies. It has a nice luster and shine.

If leaving the state or country, he car must be picked up by a transportation company that can provide a bill of lading, therwise California sales tax will be charged. (All licensed transport companies provide these). Personalized plates on vehicles (if any) belong to the owner of record and cannot be included with the vehicle.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due within 48 hours of the auction close. The remaining balance is due within 72 hours of the close of auction, nless other arrangements were made. Accepted payment methods are bank wire transfers, ashier's checks and money orders. If you wish to obtain financing, lease do so ahead of time. We reserve the right to end the auction early. We also reserve the right to verify any or all bids to ensure exceptional auction integrity. Please do not ask the reserve amount, s we will not disclose this information.
Transportation expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be held liable for any problems or damages arising from or due to transportation handling. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and fees from point of sale to the final destination. In addition, t is the buyers responsibility to arrange & coordinate shipping. We are happy to provide a list of transporters but by providing this information we are not able to guarantee your satisfaction with the services you are provided.
