1958 Mercedes Benz 220 S 4 door sedan. Runs and drives. Has been kept original.

Engine runs smooth and strong.
Four speed gearbox works well. Column shifter works well.
Very smooth ride like an S class should be.

Body is straight. Paint is still shiny. Looks like it has been repainted some time ago. Chrome is complete and most of them in very good condition. Center part of bumpers have some surface rust spots.

Undercarriage is solid. No rust on chassis nor jack points. No rust on spare tire pockets, usually this is the first area to rust. There are surface rust around fuel tank area. Please see pictures.

New beautiful tan interior. Soft and supple. ZERO rips. Door cards, handles, pocket handles, ashtrays, are in excellent condition. Beautiful detailed interior work. Please see the interior pictures.All wood in very good shape. Switches and gauges, still shiny and has been kept original.
I highly recommend and encourage an inspection before the end of the auction. The car is sold as is.
