Mercedes 560secSelling my 1989 560 SEC 1989 Mercedes Benz 560SEC . My friends mother purchased this car from the original owner in 1992. She retired the car in the early 2000s when she purchased a Jaguar XJ8. It sat for several years but was started an moved occasionally. It has been a project of mine and unfortunately I must let it go as I am moving to Texas. I am already transporting 3 other cars and cannot afford to take it with me. Petrol blue exterior with cream beige leather interior and burlwood trim. 5. 6L V8 with automatic transmission. 129. 00 miles. Runs and drives great. Power windows. power locks. seat belt presenters. telescopic steering column. and power seats all function. The car has been in the family since 1992. Lots of receipts and service records. No accidents. Clean title in hand. Totally refinished 17x8 AMG Aero I wheels (very difficult to find. will not separate) New 235/45R17 tires Lowered with Eibach springs New resistor NGK spark plugs. ignition wires. distributor cap and rotor New fuel injectors and seals Remanufactured fuel distributor New Hawk Performance brake pads and Powerslot rotors on all 4 corners Timing chain and guides have been replaced New nitrogen tanks for self leveling rear suspension New shifter bushings New engine and transmission mounts New fuel filter The bad: Clear coat has failed on the top surfaces of the car. Headliner is drooping in the back (can be repaired without replacing the headliner) A/C does not cool. Still the original R12 system. It may only need a fill. but have not found anyone with R12 to do so. You would not find a cleaner and well maintained SEC in this rare color combination. The beautiful leather seats look brand new. The carpet is in very good condition. I have put a brand new JVC CD player with iPod connectivity and Bluetooth. All electronics work. It also come with a car cover and box with various seals. a few electronic modules. I am a private seller and the car is in my name. Smog done if you are in California. Tags paid for the entire year.
