I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a fairly hard to find Mercedes-Benz 190E with just 112k miles. I would rate the exterior of this Mercedes to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see. this is a good looking little Merc. The blue finish shows well for its age. As with any older car. please don't expect it to be perfect. I'm sure there are a few flaws in the finish from age. The blue finish shines nicely. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood. doors and trunk all open and close properly. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take the time to read this entire description and check out each of the photos. I would also rate the interior of this Mercedes to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. Please keep in mind that this car is nearly 25 years old. The drivers door card is torn where the arm rest is. the others look fine. The carpets show well for their age. The leather seats also show well for their age and are comfortable. The veneers show some age but are presentable. The power windows. central locks and sunroof all work properly (with exception of the LR window). The dash and headliner are clean. The trunk is spacious and clean. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The air conditioning system shows that it has been converted to R134 but it is too cold to know whether or not it is effective. The heater works great and the fan works on all speeds. The stereo reciever has been upgraded with an aftermarket CD player which powers up and sounds good. Mechanically. this little Merc appears to be in good running and driving condition. The engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. I was very impressed with how this 190E drove. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering feels good. The brakes feel like they might need new pads in the rear but the car stops easily and straight. Her road manners are excellent. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway. she drives nice and straight with no complaints.
