Description for Austin Healey Sprite 1959

For the record. I still have all original parts. wheels. side curtains dash board and hard top. I also have before pictures if your interested. I personally wanted this car to be even sportier and safer. All lights have been replaced with LED. new front disc brakes. front shocks have been installed. All paint was stripped to bare metal followed by a steel primer coat followed by 3 coats of a hi-build epoxy primer. 3 coats of a subtle metalic cranberry was applied. I hand made the dash board out of mahogany to match the stearing wheel which came from Italy. Both seats are brand new from England. rust existed behind rear wheels and both floor boards had a band aid job prior to me applying 2 sheets per side of 16 gauge sheets. The rims are a bit bling for my age but they are 13 inch with a great Proxy tire with 20 miles on them. Compression test was completed. engine is strong. The SAU carbs are clean but they need adjusting. New clutch. rear drum brakes. hood liner. noise reducer/heat reducer installed everywhere. I have not installed seat belts. tack cable or odometer cable but all gauges are new. Please don't be shy with questions!
