Description for Pontiac Trans Am 1978
Looking for a Barn Find? This isn't it...no mouse crap, cat pee or cobwebs inside this car! How about a clean, garage-kept survivor instead? Remember, cars are only original once. This is a great example of one...original paint (and decals), interior and drivetrain bought from the original owner. Even still has the original exhaust with catalytic and transverse muffler/splitter! Car will need the exhaust tips though.

This car has been lovingly cared for and it shows. The body is in very good shape with one small rust spot that is through on the bottom of the pass fender. The interior is very nice with a couple small things needing attention. The exterior and the interior both have all the correct gold accents and trim pieces only found on the SE cars. Have GM documentation, owners manuals, receipts, etc. The build sheet should still be in the car as interior has never been out. A true time capsule that won’t disappoint.
The car has brand new white letter tires, rear brakes (fronts are still original), steering links, alignment (just out, never in an accident). Lights and gauges all work (except clock) and the car starts, runs and drives very well, can be driven anywhere.
The car was appraised a couple weeks ago for $25,000. If you have been following the price of Trans Ams lately, you know the true value of this car (hint...they are not going down). The SD cars are blue chip investments now and the SE cars are getting there. $500 Paypal deposit required immediately at auction end.
