V-8 Fiero project car

Description for Pontiac Fiero 1987

I am the second owner of this car. When I bought it. it had 32000 miles on it. I put about 300 miles on it before I began the V8 conversion and about 200 miles after the conversion. I removed the engine and trans. to change some parts I wasn t happy with. The torque converter had too high a stall speed and the heads were the 'straight' spark plug type and I needed the 'angled' type. I bought new heads for it and a matching cam. I still have them new in the box. they are included. I didnt buy a torque converter because I decided to go manual. I have the brake/clutch pedal assy. I was going to use. it is included in the auction. The engine adapter and alternator bracket were sold because I needed to get a adapter for a manual trans. therefore it is not included. The engine needs to be assembled with the new cam and headsI upgraded the suspension with upper and lower tubular A arms with coil overs in front and lower tubular A arm and coil over in rear. The engine cradle has been powder coated along with many other items. I had the equipment to do it so some small stuff was coated as well. The tires have almost no wear on them and they are not weathered because the car has always been in my shop or garage. The body as you can see in the pics has been modified and needs finishing. There is no salt damage at all to the underside. The interior was redone and fitted with all new Isspro gauges and tachometer and speedometer. thats why I have to list the mileage at 999999. The engine was built by a speed shop in KY. and cost me about $4000. 00. It is a 383 SBC stroker. The transmission is a 4T65E-HD from a supercharged Grand Prix. It has been upgraded with performance parts from Intense Racing. com and is good to 700 HP. That wasn t cheap either! To control the trans. a stand alone computer from PCS is included along with the software for your laptop. The items you get with the engine are: cam. heads. oil filter relocation kit. alternator. starter. valve covers. Sanderson headers. exhaust system after headers consist of cat converters and resonator tips. crankshaft adapter for ring gear. ring gear. nuts. olts. gaskets. I dont have the fuel inj. intake or throttle body but I do have a carb. intake I will include. If I left anything out let me know. I'm sure I still have it. I am including some pictures of the car before the last tear down so dont mistake them for its current state. Its the rear shot where you see the exhaust pipes and the engine installed. The engine cradle and rear suspension are installed so it can be easily moved. its Very light. If you use buy it now option I will include a Accel Gen IV computer. dual sync distributor Accel 3000 ignition system. set of Accel 27lb. injectors and all wiring harnesses.
