Description for Porsche 911 1988
Selling a Spectacularly nice One Lady Owner 1988 Porsche 911 Cab. Guards Red with Champagne Special Leather and Black Top. G50 Trans. Car runs and drives near perfect. Everything is in working order. Tools, Compressor, etc all accounted for. CARFAX and receipt documented 36,700 miles (Driving occasionally). Local Dallas car from new. Extremely well maintained. Engine out reseal in 2013. Entirely new AC that works! A strong 9 out of 10. Tires and brakes all nice and new (2015). Only paint work is to left rear quarter above tail lamp. Proper Glasurite Single Stage repair. All other panels original. Body is clean and straight. Paint is extremely nice. I was asked to do a partial resto for worn seats, carpet and top. The original owner kept top down and vehicle on car port which took its toll. This is actually the 3rd top on the car based on the records and receipts. She never ever had floor mats! Carpets were decent, but drivers side was rough and I could not do anything but the best for this car. New Silvernit wool carpet, new German Cloth Top and Factory matched Seat leather on front seats. Makes interior almost a perfect 10. I am a local Porsche guy and shop owner that is listing and selling the car. Clear title in hand. Minor Known Flaws: Slight crack to drivers upper door panel trim at lock knob - common. Power Mirror switch is iffy and rubber piece missing. Oil Temp gauge erratic at speed (good at idle) - common. Engine insulation removed at engine service - always sag. Minor front lower rock chips and headlamp lenses cloudy - common. Car is nearly 30 years old, but it is all there, Solid and lovely, lovely to drive. Legitimate, low mile, documented one owner car. Ready to be enjoyed and driven anywhere! Will be glad to discuss and forward additional pictures - over 60 on Photobucket account as well as documented mileage and CARFAX. Vehicle is priced based on miles, restoration, history and condition. $59,000obo
