Description for Toyota Land Cruiser 1993

Location: El Paso, Texas, USA

Description: 1993 FZJ80 Toyota Land Cruiser, Extensively Rebuilt with OEM parts, Meticulously Maintained, Expedition Ready, Heavily Modified for remote travel with many exquisite custom mods and fabrication. Everything you would expect in this type of build and some things you wouldn't. This truck has every factory option offered in the 1993 Land Cruiser. There is no rust and it has spent its whole life in Dallas, San Antonio and El Paso Texas. The vehicle has amazing off road capability and will go just about anywhere you dare to point it. It is considered the “Ultimate Pinnacle Vehicle” sold in the USA as noted on Expedition Portal in their article, “EXPEDITION VEHICLES: PART ONE, SELECTING THE ULTIMATE OVERLANDER” and in the Fall 2008 edition of Overland Journal. Builds like this can run as high as $80k from specialty Land Cruiser shops, although they do look prettier for that price, they don’t run or perform any better than this one. This example runs perfectly and it should because there are about $100k of modifications, repairs and maintenance done to this vehicle. I am the third owner and bought it used with 153,000 miles in 2006. It continues to serve me incredibly well and will be a turn-key expedition, hunting or camping vehicle for the next owner. For the right buyer, this is a steal for anything under $30k.

Only the best OEM and aftermarket parts available were used to build this rig. In fact, I just completed $11k of new modifications, maintenance and repairs at Camelback Toyota in Phoenix Arizona this June 2016. They are one of the very best Toyota shops in the USA, and repair and modify Land Cruisers from all over North and South America. The receipts detailing this work plus 45-pages of nearly all the work receipts done on this truck are available. The receipts for most of the accessories are also available. Nearly everything is replaced or rebuilt except the bullet proof engine and transmission and they work perfectly despite the mileage of 260k.

It burns about 1 quart of oil every 1500 or so miles and there has been no change in the rate of burn since I bought the truck 10 years ago.
